| On the 2nd and 3rd February 2009 there was carried out in our company an maintaining expertise of the Quality Management System according to the ISO/TS 16949:2002 technical specification on a basis and in compatibility with the ISO 9001:200 Norm. The audit has been carried out by impartial and qualified DQS auditors. A result of the expertise has been shown in a report. The strong points of the Management System are: - winning of new customers - implementation of new products - improvement of production processes - efficient supervision of the production inclusive the SPC application - right documentation of the Management System in the company - efficient Management System meeting demands of the customers as well as the ISO/TS 16949:2002 norm - critical incompatibilities – not found (0) - minute incompatibilities – not found (0) The weak points and threats have been found together as potentials which will be used for further improvement and development of our company.... | In 4-5th February 2008 there was realized an analysis of quality management system in accordance with the technical specification ISO/TS 16949:2002 based on the norm ISO 9001:2000. The analysis was made by the leading in the automotive branch company DQS GmbH Deutsch Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsysteme; department DQS Poland Sp. z o.o. As a the company accredited by the German DAR and Polish PCA it has the rights to give quality certificates. A good assessment of expertise was confirmed by certificates DQS and IQNet received by the Gabec Company and their registration in the DQS reference list available in the internet page http://www.dqs.de. The implemented and permanently improved Quality Management System according to ISO/TS 16949:2002 confirms the compatibility our production with proper rules and that is why we can convince demanding cars producers that our company fulfills high stanadards of this branch. |
